Simple Oral Hygiene Tips
Keeping up with your oral hygiene doesn’t have to be tough! Here are some easy tips to make sure you’re keeping your teeth bright and healthy:
- Brush twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste for about 2 minutes
- Floss at least once a day and rinse after
- Keep sugary snacks to a minimum and if possible brush your teeth after consuming sugary beverages or food
- If you’re a coffee or tea lover, try drinking through a straw to reduce teeth staining
Last, but not least, make sure to see your dentist twice a year for your routine cleaning and check-ups!
